Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders may or may not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We’ll contact you via email if there are significant delays. There may be longer delays during holiday seasons. 

If there is a delay after your package has left Risen Roots and is now in the hands of USPS, you will need to contact them as we only have the same tracking information that you will have.
