We will process your order within 3-7 business days. Orders may or may not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

During the holiday season, you may experience a longer delay. We appreciate your patience during those times.

Please note, after it is processed by us it still needs to go through the shipping process through USPS.

If there is a delay after your package has left Risen Roots and is now in the hands of USPS, you will need to contact them as we only have the same tracking information that you received.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders $50 USD and over.
